We are not in the attention business.
Or the productivity business. Most software wants one of two things from you: your attention, to package and sell, or your output, pushed a little higher. We want neither. Attention gets taken, and it runs out. Productivity turns your one life into a checklist.
We would rather make you curious. Most of the world slips past us unnoticed, not because it is dull but because we have stopped looking. Curiosity is paying attention to what seems ordinary but isn't.
We are all born with it, and it can be lit again.
That is all we use technology for.
Walk Singapore Differently
Tanken is a mobile app with seven walking trails across Singapore, each crafted to tell a story and leave an impression. As you walk, it responds to where you are, using technology to add to the moment, not get in the way of it. A way to explore the city meaningfully, not superficially.
